Requirements for the Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) Certificate
Students qualify for a Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) Certificate by completing the courses listed below. In all cases a student must complete the following 16 credits in linguistics courses at OU. Students interested in this certificate should contact an Adviser in the Department of Linguistics.

Practicum Eligibility
Eligibility for the practicum (course) requires completion of course and course with a grade of B or higher and instructor permission.
