Requirements for the liberal arts minor in Physics

To earn a minor in Physics, students must complete a minimum of 20 credits, including:

1. Required Courses

• course General Physics I (4)
  or course Introductory Physics I (4) 

• course General Physics Lab I (1)

• course General Physics II (4)
  or course Introductory Physics II (4) 

• course General Physics Lab II (1)

• course Modern Physics Laboratory (2)

• course Foundations of Modern Physics (4)

2. A minimum of 4 credits in Physics courses numbered 3000 or above.

Applicable Majors

All Majors can declare this Minor with the exception of the following Major(s): Philosophy.
