Course Description
This course explores the criteria and procedures used to reward employees. Specifically, it considers how compensation methods and pay levels relate to organizational rewards strategies. The course develops skills in making total rewards decisions and examines current pay related issues. Core compensation system concepts and tools are covered through lectures, exercises and projects. Prerequisite(s): ORG 3310 and QMM 2410 with a minimum grade of (C) in each course and junior standing.
