Course applies nutrition concepts to population groups at the community level. Explores how nutrition research methods are used to assess the nutritional status of the population, how this data is applied to community needs assessments, explore populations of special concern, and understand nutrition programs and policies to address population health.Additional Requirement(s): Junior or Senior Standing or Instructor Permission.Prerequisite(s): NTR 2500
