Workforce Diversity

This course introduces current and emerging workforce diversity trends and practices. Topics include: the history of workforce diversity, equity, inclusion, race, gender, disabilities, sexual orientation, ageism, religion, spirituality, organizational culture, workforce diversity leadership and organizational justice. General Education Requirement(s): Satisfies the university general education requirement in U.S. diversity. Satisfies the university general education requirement for a writing intensive course in the major. Prerequisite for writing intensive: completion of the university writing foundation requirement. Prerequisite(s): WRT 1060
