Investment Portfolio Management

Course Description

Analyzes trading in different types of spot and foreign assets, futures, options, and investment companies. Tax, transaction cost, and regulatory issues are evaluated, as are asset allocation and timing strategies, technical analysis, hedging, arbitrage, and portfolio management within the context of a financial plan. Prerequisite(s): FIN 3600 with a minimum grade of (C) and major standing.
