Human Performance Enhancement

Course Description

Advanced topics and trends in modern strength and conditioning program design and implementation. Topics include muscle physiology, neuromuscular physiology, performance, profiles, periodization, and the theory behind developing adequate strength, mass, flexibility, power, and stability programs. Credit will not be awarded for both EXS 4300 and EXS 5300. Cross list with EXS 5300.Prerequisite(s): EXS 1000 or instructor permission.
