Patient & Practice Management

Course Description

Students will learn patient management skills, practice management skills including adherence to HIPAA standards, building patient rapport, policies/procedures for regulatory agency compliance, legal considerations surrounding patient care. Oral/written communication skills will be explored with the goal of improving patient outcomes through ethical practices with a diverse caregiver team.
