Accident/Incident Investigation and Analysis

Course Description

A review of methodologies for accident and incident investigation and analysis. Topics include data collection, investigative methodologies, interviewing techniques, techniques of data analysis, reporting formats, systems safety, and developing recommendations to prevent recurrence. *Approved Slash Course. Credit can only be earned for EHS 4410 or EHS 5410.Prerequisite(s): EHS 3380 (C+) or instructor permission
