Course Description

Overview of the characteristic behavior of fire, and human behavior during fire events. Includes a review of important safety science such as heat transfer, prevention and control of fire and explosion hazards, fire emergency planning and management.Prerequisite(s): EHS 3380 (C+) or instructor permission.
