Teaching Mathematics 1

Course Description

This course will assist teacher candidates in developing their mathematical knowledge for teaching and mathematics teaching practices in Grades K through 6. Specifically, this course will center the math concepts of attributes, counting, whole number representation, and early fraction representation. Prerequisites: MTH 0662 or placement.
