Embedded Systems Design

Real-time embedded system design. Topics include ARM architecture, I/O interfacing (including CAN bus and Bluetooth), real-time programming, multi-threading/multi-tasking for real-time applications, task scheduling, and design of applications with real-time operating systems for embedded controllers. Practical experience with embedded software development tools for C programming. With laboratory and final design project. Cross-listed with ECE 5721.
