Course Title

Math: Teaching Pre-Kindergarten to Third Grade

Course Description

This course will assist teacher candidates in developing their mathematical pedagogical content knowledge in Grades PK through 3. Specifically, this course will focus on developing knowledge of content and students, knowledge of curriculum, and knowledge for teaching attribution, whole number counting, whole number representation, whole number operations, and early fraction concepts.Prerequisite(s): EC 3338
