Course Description

The course focuses on Android application development using underlying frameworks, architecture, design, and implementation. Both classroom theory and hands-on labs enable students to gain in-depth experience in developing real-world Android applications. Topics include Android user interface development, Android application framework components, sensors integration, networking and persistent storage. *Approved Slash Course. Credit can only be earned for CSI 4230 or CSI 5230.Additional Requirement(s): Major standing Prerequisite(s): CSI 2300
