Course Description
This course will provide an overview of the endocrine system, its hormones, functions, and hormonal interactions with cancer. Emphasis will be placed on understanding Clinical endocrinology with efforts made to discuss the interrelations, laboratory tests, effects, and mode of action of different hormones related to different endocrine disorders. Cross listed with CDS 5700. Credit will not be granted for both CDS 4700 and CDS 5700.Additional Requirement(s): Any Anatomy/Physiology equivalent.Prerequisite(s): BIO 2600 or BIO 3620
