Culture, Ethnicity and Well-being

Course Description

Interaction between biological, social, political and cultural environments as they affect health, illness, and treatment. Includes historical, organizational, demographic, ecological, behavioral and other factors influencing health and wellness outcomes. Satisfies the university general education requirement in U.S. diversity. Prerequisite(s): HS 2000  & HS 2050 (corequisite) or CDS 2070.
