Almost Fluent and Fluent Literacy

Course Description

This course includes development and assessment/instructional methods for advanced word recognition and meaning strategies, fluency, advanced orthographic knowledge, composition that includes multiple of meaning representation, oral language, and comprehension. Digital texts and tools, culturally sustaining pedagogies, social justice topics, critical lens, and partnering with families will be used.Prerequisite(s): RDG 3250
