Motivation and Work Behavior

Course Description

Analysis of individual and organizational factors affecting employee motivation, performance and satisfaction in the work environment. Topics include the role of leadership, job design, environmental variation, compensation policies, goal-setting techniques and group influences, as each affects employee attitudes and behavior. Prerequisite(s): ORG 3300, junior standing and students without major standing in the SBA must have a cumulative GPA of 2.6 or better to take this class.
