Nutrition Research Methods

Students will gain an understanding of nutrition research methods and evaluate and critique both scientific literature and lay sources of information. An emphasis will be placed on synthesizing information from a variety of sources and presenting information in both verbal and written formats.Additional Requirement(s): Junior or Senior Standing or Instructor Permission.Prerequisite(s): NTR 2500, NTR 2650, NTR 2651 and (STA 2220 or EHS 2550)
