Operations Analytics

This course focuses on modeling and analyzing business operations using computer simulation including discrete event, Monte-Carlo, and systems dynamics. Topics include simulation modeling, input and output analysis, and managing simulation projects. The course includes hands-on work related to application of computer simulation modeling in the context of managerial decision making under uncertainty and designing business processes. Cross-listed with POM 4410. Prerequisite(s): QMM 2410 and POM 3430 with a minimum grade of (C) in each course.
