Course Description

Production of still and video stories meant to grab attention, engage, persuade, inform, and elicit emotions. Students learn practical tools for reporting, interviewing, storyboarding, filming, editing, and packaging still images and video in different storytelling styles, including journalistic, narrative, or biographical. Emphasis on the storytelling; equipment available.Additional Requirement(s): Permission of instructor may be provided in place of prerequisitesPrerequisite(s): JMS 2656 or JMS 3310 or JMS 3330
