Digital Twins in Smart Manufacturing

Course Description

Foundations of smart manufacturing systems and digitalization. Topics include, motivations for building digital twins, techniques for virtualization, system simulation, computing and data connectivity, data security and privacy for manufacturing systems. Case studies and examples also provided.*Approved Slash Course. Credit can only be earned for ISE 4472 and ISE 5472.
