Course Description
A comparative analysis of European societies: the old regime in Europe, beginnings of industrial development, the Enlightenment as a political and social movement, reform under the monarchy and the emergence of democratic ideologies, and the French Revolution. Prerequisite(s): WRT 1060 or equivalent with a grade of (C) or higher.
