Integrative Holistic Health

Course Description

This course provides a foundational overview of evidence-based complementary and alternative modalities with U.S. conventional medicine modalities. Focus is on how these modalities are improving the prevention and treatment of a wide array of medical diseases and conditions. Topics include: stress management, progressive relaxation, guided imagery, regular exercise, sleep therapy, music, essential oils, nutrition, herbology, neurofeedback, psychoneuroimmunology, resonance therapy, naturopathy, homeopathy, iridology, reflexology, and energy therapies. Formerly HS 4410. Credit can not be earned for both HS 4410 and HS 3410.
