Material Characteristics

In this lab-based course, the materials commonly used in the field of Orthotics and Prosthetics will be explored including their characteristics, use and handling. There will be a broad exposure to multiple materials used in the field and explanations of applications and handling. Equipment usage and materials handling will be emphasized.
