Course Description
Multidisciplinary course covering theoretical underpinnings and practical applications of biological conservation at local, regional, and international levels. Topics include causes and consequences of biodiversity loss, conservation strategies and planning, restoration ecology, and environmental law and policy. Prerequisite(s): BIO 1300 with a grade of (C) or higher and junior standing or permission of the instructor.
