Applied Organic Farming Applied Organic Farming

Course Description

Laboratory and field studies of organic farming theory and applied practices. Field sites include OU Student Organic Farm and certain community gardens, depending on the season. May be taken three times, with each registration being in a different semester (summer, fall, winter). BIO 3361 counts as one laboratory course for the major. Co/prerequisites: BIO 3360 strongly recommended.Prerequisite(s): BIO 1002, BIO 1004, BIO 1200, BIO 1300, or BIO 3000 with a grade of (C) or higher, or permission of instructor
